Richard Nongard is both a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and understands the mind-body connection. Although the programs we offer do not include in-office physical activity, you will be encouraged to engage in a holistic weightloss approach that involves reprogramming your automatic and subconscious eating patterns through hypnosis and increasing your physical activity in a manner consistent with your desired goals.

NOTE: In addition to hypnotherapy, all Tulsa Hypnosis Center weight loss clients will also receive a 90 minute cooking DVD – an educational DVD teaching the basics of a new way to eat, and a new way to love eating!

We offer two different weight loss programs that utilize hypnosis and take into consideration your unique individual needs.

Weightloss Program I:   3 Sessions

Our three-session weight management program is designed for those who struggle to maintain their current weight or desire to lose a moderate amount of weight (10-40 pounds).

Along with the hypnosis sessions, you will receive our take-home “Healthy by Habit” booklet filled with simple supportive healthy lifestyle tips, and a self-hypnosis CD to use any time, and the healthy cooking DVD.

Usually, the first two hypnosis sessions are scheduled within the same week. You may use what our clients like to call the third “tune-up” session anytime during the next 90 days to assist with accomplishing your goals.

The complete 3-Session Weight-loss Program I  is $259.

Weightloss Program II:   5 Sessions

For those who have found weight maintenance difficult or need to lose more challenging amounts (40-75-200 pounds), engaging in extended weekly sessions is the most effective strategy for augmented weight loss. We have worked with many clients who have been in life or death situations and yet have failed at other methods. We want you to be successful and our approach to high nutrient density eating is one of the most well researched methods of losing weight and restoring health.

This comprehensive five-session plan includes educational components, supportive accountability, development of a personalized healthy eating plan, and incorporating daily activity and hypnosis for long-term motivation and healthy, lasting change.

And, along with the hypnosis sessions, you will receive our take-home “Healthy by Habit” booklet filled with simple supportive healthy lifestyle tips, and a self-hypnosis CD to use any time, and the healthy cooking DVD.

The comprehensive 5-Session Weightloss Program II  is $389.

Additional Single Sessions, if desired = $89 each.

People benefit from peer supports. Bring a friend, spouse or family member with you and complete the program together, and you will each receive a discount.

If two or three people attend the Weight-loss Program I sessions together, the price is $199 per person.
